2009 MHS PROJECT GRADUATION :TOWNE CENTER

 

Hello Project Graduation Volunteers,

Several bits of information to remind and update you on for this week;

There will be a Fundraising/Prize meeting on Thursday, February 5th, 6:30 p.m. Meeting will be held at Vickers Photography,
Reno/Czech Hall Rd. If you signed up to work with either committee or if you are interested in helping, please come to this meeting. It is very important that we focus our efforts on this committee to raise maximum dollars and then spend those dollars the most wisely to maximize the prize purchases.

The fundraiser dinner tickets are still selling, rather slowly. We need a big push to get about 100 more tickets sold by February 10th so we can get an accurate count to order food. There will also be a silent auction at the dinner and Christine Quigly-Etheridge is organizing that. If you know of auction items, please get in contact with her or me. This too could be a great fundraising opportunity with the right assistance from you, the volunteers.

Several volunteers will be needed to help cleanup right after the dinner and a few may be needed right before to set up a few things. Let me know if you would be able to assist with this. I don't think it will be a long process.

Gerri Davis is the garage sale chair and she will be starting the attended collection times again as the weather allows. She will be at the storage
unit behind Del Rancho's on Hwy 152 on Saturdays from 10-1  If you need to reach her to verify and get exact instructions for getting into storage unit, her telephone number is 577-5931. Ask your friends and neighbors if they have garage sale items to donate. This is a huge fundraiser for us. It will be held in early April.

The prom dress sale is progressing and if you have dresses or shoes to donate, contact Debbie White @debbiedebsbox@cox.net or Kim White at kimwhitework@sbcglobal.net.

We will have informational posters for the Poker Run at the next meeting.

As we quickly count down the next several months until graduation, it becomes increasingly important that all of these fundraisers succeed.
This will be possible with YOUR help! Let's work together to make this the best MHS Project Graduation ever!
